Can I download the app now?
No public downloads are available. The iPhone and Android apps are in internal testing.
Is Amigo an official adviser?
No. HeyAmigo has no affiliation with Swiss authorities. AI replies are not legal advice; confirm important information with the official office.
Are voice and reminders available?
Voice is unavailable. Reminder delivery has not been verified, and scheduled reminders are currently turned off.
What happens to my data?
Read the draft privacy and deletion pages. Questions and answers saved for review, and reports you submit about AI replies, do not expire automatically. Removing the account link does not remove personal details in their text or anonymize it; the text may still identify you or someone else.
How will subscriptions work?
Pricing and offers are unapproved. Store cancellation is separate from account deletion. Restore purchases recovers an existing purchase; it does not buy, cancel or refund one.
Amigo uses artificial intelligence
Replies are generated by an OpenAI model and can contain mistakes. Check important procedures with the official office. Before you use the chat, the app asks your permission to send OpenAI your messages, attachments, voice notes, profile details and agenda events, including events imported from Google Calendar.
