How do I change the language of the app?
Go to Profile and tap Language.
How do I stop sharing my data with the AI?
Go to Profile and turn off AI data sharing. Without your permission the chat is not available, and the rest of the app keeps working. The details are in the privacy policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed in App Store or Google Play. In the app, go to Profile and tap Manage subscription to open your store’s page. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
On the plan screen, tap Restore purchases with the store account you bought with.
How do I report a wrong or inappropriate reply from Amigo?
Tap Report next to the “AI-generated” label, or press and hold the reply. Choose a reason and, if you like, add a note.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, in Profile. The steps, and the email option, are on the Delete account page.
Does Amigo give official advice?
No. Amigo uses artificial intelligence and can be wrong. Its replies are not legal, immigration, medical or financial advice. Check important procedures with the official office.
